Prakash Industries board approves availing loan of Rs 75 cr from Prakash Pipes

The board of Prakash Industries at its meeting held on 18 December 2025 has approved availing inter-corporate loan of Rs. 75 crore from Prakash Pipes (PPL), a promoter group entity, for general corporate purposes and working capital requirements of the company.
