Eternal announces dissolution of step-down subsidiary in Malaysia

Zomato Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Zomato Malaysia), step down subsidiary of Eternal (formerly known as Zomato) situated in Malaysia has been dissolved w.e.f. 08 August 2025.
