Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations)and further to our intimations dated June 12 2025 we wish to inform you that the Registrar of Companies Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has approved the change in name of the company from 'Times Guaranty Limited' to 'Team India Guaranty Limited' with effect from 01.07.2025.
