Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that on 12th June 2025 the Company has sent communication to all shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company / Depositories with respect to deduction of tax at source (TDS) on payment of Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25.
