The board of TIL at its meeting held on 22 December 2025 has approved the appointment of Vijay Singh Chauhan ((DIN 11405209) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years, whose office shall not be liable to retire by rotation.
