We inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. October 14 2025 has inter-alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025. We enclose herewith the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the same. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 5:30 p.m. and concluded at 6:15 p.m. The Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 as approved by the Board will also be available on the Companys website at: https://www.infomediapress.in/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/Financial_Results_Sept2025_InfomediaPressLtd.pdf.
