Eternal announces dissolution of its step-down subsidiary in Netherlands

Zomato Netherlands B.V., a step-down subsidiary of Eternal (formerly known as Zomato) has been dissolved with effect from 27 January 2026. The Company received communication confirming the same yesterday, i.e., 05 February 2026.
