Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with schedule III of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Shareholders of the Company at its Annual General Meeting held today i.e. Friday 12th September 2025 have considered and approved the offer issue and allotment of equity shares of the Company on a preferential basis for consideration other than cash in compliance with applicable laws.
