This disclosure is being made pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 in respect of the Order passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench (' NCLT') ON 10th October 2015 in respect of the Scheme of Merger by Absorption between GB Global Limited (Transferor Company) with Dev Land and Housing Private Limited (Transferee Company). The present application is allowed and disposed of by NCLT Kindly take the above on record and oblige.
