Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Friday 10th October 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company which commenced at 10:00 A.M. and concluded at 10:50 A.M. has considered and approved the allotment of 111056500 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of Re. 1.00/- each in the ratio of 1:2 (i.e. one equity share of Re. 1.00/- each for every two equity shares of Re. 1.00/- each) held by shareholders of the Company as on the record date i.e. 9th October 2025.
